How to fix the Diablo 4 Holy Chalice bug
Firstly, you can avoid the Diablo 4 Holy Chalice bug altogether by completing all Sister Octavia quests in the same World Tier. These three quests include:
- Malady of the Soul
- Depths of Despair
- Faith In Blood
If you are already encountering the bug, you will need to complete a quest given by the NPC next to the Kyovashad Waypoint. This reportedly fixes the issue once the quest is complete, meaning the Holy Chalice won't continue to spawn in.
If none of these fixes are working, then you will need to wait for an official patch, as it's likely that Blizzard is already aware of the issue and working on solving it.
