Have five flasks of at least Magic rarity and 20% quality equipped, including at least one with an enchantment.

(1) 20% Quality

Glassblower’s Bauble improves the quality of a flask.

Quality Increase 1 by Rarity: Normal(5%), Magic(2%), Unique(1%).

Note: Apply 20% quality to a normal flask before upgrading it to a magic flask.

(2) At least Magic rarity

Orb of Transmutation upgrades a normal flask to a magic flask.

Flasks can only be normal, magic or unique. There are no rare flasks, and flasks cannot be corrupted.

(3) Flask Enchantment

• Instilling Orb adds an enchantment to a utility flask that will cause it to be used when certain conditions are met. Replaces any existing enchantment.
• Enkindling Orb adds an enchantment to a utility flask that will improve it but prevent it from gaining charges during its effect. Replaces any existing enchantment.
