Rage

Rage is a counter utilized by certain attack skills and Ascendancy classes, mainly Berserker. Characters with rage are granted bonuses to attack damage, attack speed and movement speed. These effects increase in magnitude with the amount of rage accumulated.

Chainbreaker Build

It grants 3 Rage regeneration per second and makes increases and decreases to Mana regeneration Rate instead apply to Rage, but also makes skills cost 3 Rage to use.

The cost of rage can be reduced by things that lower the cost of skills. Because the rage cost is added to the cost of the skill itself.

Location

This keystone will conquered any keystones within the jewel radius of a  Lethal Pride that has modifier Commanded leadership over (10000–18000) warriors under Akoya.
