Quest location

The Crypt Level 1 is an optional area in Act 2. This area has a waypoint and is connected to The Fellshrine Ruins and The Crypt Level 2.

The quest item Golden Hand is in The Crypt Level 2.

Hand in Golden Hand to Yeena

• Location: The Crypt Level 2(Act 2)
• Find Item: Golden Hand

(1) Travel to The Crypt

(2) Find the Golden Hand

• Head south from the Crossroads to locate the Crypt entrance.
• Explore the Crypt, battling monsters and navigating through its depths.
• You'll eventually find the Hand, a golden prosthetic hand, as loot dropped by a monster or within a chest.

Pick up The Golden Hand in The Crypt Level 2.

(3) Return the Golden Hand to Yeena

• Once you have the Hand, return to Yeena in the Fellshrine Ruins.
• Speak to her, and she'll express her gratitude and reward you for completing the quest.

Quest Rewards

Quest Complete – You have returned the hand relic to Yeena. She has rewarded you with a Skill Book. Use it to gain two Passive Respec Points.

• Upon completing the quest, Yeena grants you a Skill Book. Right-clicking this Skill Book grants you two Passive Skill Refund Points. These points allow you to respec your passive skill tree, offering flexibility in customizing your character's development.
• Survival Instincts (iLvl 1, Unique)
• Survival Secrets (iLvl 1, Unique)
• Survival Skills (iLvl 1, Unique)

This quest serves as a small introduction to passive skill points and respeccing in Path of Exile, mechanics that become crucial for character development in the later stages of the game.
