The Offspring is a divination card. A set of nine can be exchanged for a Ryslatha’s Coil Ryslatha’s Coil.

Can be drop from Ryslatha, the Puppet Mistress boss and her Infested Valley Map variant, Gorulis, Will-Thief.

Flavour Text: The swarm began with just a couple of children. Now, it is her entire existence.

  • The drop level of The Offspring is 32.
  • Drop Boss: (Ryslatha, the Puppet Mistress). location: (The Wetlands, Act 6). It is a unique Carrion Queen located in The Spawning Ground side area in the western area of The Wetlands in Act 6.
  • Drop Boss: (Gorulis, Will-Thief), location: Infested Valley Map.

The price of The Offspring is about two Chaos Orbs.

Ryslatha’s Coil Ryslatha’s Coil is a unique Studded Belt. Requires Level 20. The price of Ryslatha’s Coil is about 40 Chaos Orbs.

  • (20–30)% increased Stun Duration on Enemies
  • (30–40)% more Maximum Physical Attack Damage
  • (30–40)% less Minimum Physical Attack Damage
  • Adds 1 to (15–20) Physical Damage to Attacks
  • +(20–40) to Strength
  • +(80–100) to maximum Life
  • Gain 50 Life when you Stun an Enemy
