PoE 3.19 Changes: The new Beyond monsters can now occasionally drop the Scourge league's Tainted currency items that allow you to modify corrupted items. The Scourge have taken over the realm of the Beyond demons. Summoning monsters from Beyond will now summon Scourge monsters and bosses.

1. It only works on corrupted rare items.
2. It does not mean all mods are raised or lowered at the same time. The fact is, in most cases, a few mods are raised while a few mods are lowered.
3. Using this currency has risks. The outcome may become better or become worse. Meanwhile, the cost is above 50 Chaos Orbs.
4. The probability of raise or lower is not 50%. Generally, it has a more positive outcome.
5. 3.16.1 Hotfix 2: it no longer affects crafted modifiers or modifiers that can't normally roll. Existing items that have impossible modifiers will be changed into appropriate possible modifiers when the Scourge league ends.
