It disables Recovery from Life Leech while granting 1% less Damage taken for every 2% Recovery per second from Life Leech.

The less damage only applies while Leeching and it’s based on how much you’re leeching.

Soul Tether Soul Tether and Brutal Fervour make life leech effects continue to work at full life. This makes the less damage taken work any time you can leech.

Location

This keystone will conquer any keystones within the radius of a Lethal Pride Lethal Pride jewel with modifier: Commanded leadership over (10000–18000) warriors under Kaom.
