Apply six or more Support Gem effects to a socketed Skill Gem at once.

(1) Unique Items: Socketed Gems are Supported by

Choose a unique item with “Socketed Gems are Supported by Level” mods.

(2) Choose Active skill gem

The active skill gem must be supported by all support gems(including that granted by items).

If an item has six supported gems, then you only need to choose an Active skill gem that can be supported by these support gems. If the item only has one supported gem, then you need a six-linked item and equip five support gems.
