These powers can be used a set number of times per Tablet. Additional uses of these powers can be earned by completing certain encounters at the required difficulty. It is highly recommended to unlock the Reroll and Exile options completely as soon as possible. Exiling three of the Monster Reflections makes it much more likely to have a chance to recieve one of the Encounter Reflections or Boss Reflections as one of your three options.
