Even though the currency system in “the Path of Exile “ has done well, it is still very confusing for the beginners. The game does not follow the traditional “gold” system but encourages and requires players to exchange one currency with suppliers or other players according to their own needs.
Some currency items are more or less difficult to obtain, so it is important to understand the different values and transaction ratios. When you remember all the ratios and start trading with other players, it’s almost like a mini-game in Poe, where you can exchange and bargain with others to get the currency you need at the best price.
There are about 67 different currency items in the Path of Exile (usually called Orbs). I’ll list all of these above and briefly describe their purpose. They are listed by rarity (more or less), so the first one is very common and easy to get, while the bottom one is very expensive and unlikely to drop.
