Mechanics

  • Lose all Power Charges on reaching Maximum Power Charges When used with items that grant X% chance that if you would gain Power Charges, you instead gain up to your maximum number of Power Charges (e.g. Inya's Epiphany) modifier, causes you to lose all your Power Charges immediately; thus Shocks you with the Shocks you when you reach Maximum Power Charges modifier.
  • When combined with Graven's Secret, this shield essentially provides 2 additional maximum Absorption Charges and Absorption Charge on-hit generation while avoiding the shock downside (as you cannot gain Power Charges).
