All players in Ultimate Team are rated relative to the leagues and competition they play against on the real-world pitch. The best players from the best leagues across the men’s and women’s games will bring their ratings to the same virtual pitch in Ultimate Team. Base player ratings will be consistent with Kick Off in EA SPORTS FC 24, where men’s and women’s teams play independently (ex. if a player is 85 rated in Kick Off, they’ll also have a base OVR of 85 in Ultimate Team).
