D4 Help Aneta gather Rotten Livers

Go due east to an area surrounding the Faceless Shrine dungeon. Aneta will follow you as you search the areas. There are 4 dead bodies from which Aneta collects the 4 Rotten Livers. They are located in the north, east, southeast, and southwestern portions of the area marked on the map respectively. The one in the southeast looks like a snake, whereas the rest look like a dead human body.
