Scent of Blood is a Druid passive talent in the Shapeshifting (Orange) tree.
Applies to any attacks multiplicatively, and works against any Crowd Control, regardless of who or what applies them. An attack that applies a CC effect will not benefit from this effect though (since technically it applies Crowd Control after it deals damage).
Any Crowd Control including Slow will trigger this bonus, but it does not stack from multiple CC effects on the same target, and does not scale with the CC effect potency.
