Mechanics

The item effectively grants the following effects for Cold Damage:

  • Hypothermia Support: 27% more Damage with Hits/Ailments
  • Ice Bite Support: 42-62 added Cold Damage; 9-14 added Cold Damage per Frenzy Charge
    • +35% chance to Freeze on Chilled Enemies from Hypothermia and Ice Bite
  • Cold Penetration Support: 30% Cold Resistance Penetration
  • Bonechill Support: 14% more Cold Damage, 39% increased Chill Effect, increase Cold Damage taken by Chill Effect
  • Added Cold Damage Support: 73-109 added Cold Damage
  • Inspiration Support: 32% reduced Mana Cost; 20% more damage, 40% increased Crit Chance with 5 Inspiration Charges (504 Mana use cap)

All mana cost multipliers are accounted for, approximately 380%. With the reduction from Inspiration and no other cost reduction, this results in a 258% cost multiplier. Getting additional reduced % mana cost is highly recommended if not opting to scale mana.
