3. kill Sharonne(location: The Harvest)
4. Then, open The Black Core and kill Piety
5. Open The Black Heart and kill Malachai, The Nightmare

Malachai, The Nightmare is the final boss of Act 4. Defeating him allows the player access to Act 5.
