In order to respec one Ascendancy skill point, you need five 5 refund points left. Orb of Regret grants one refund points.

As the example shown below, it originally has 6 Refund Points Left. After respec one ascendancy skill, it now has 1 Refund Points Left.

2. How to change Ascendancy Class

• Respec all Ascendancy skill

1. If you want to change your Ascendancy class, firstly you need to respec all your Ascendancy skill.
2. Then, use the Altar of Ascendancy in the Labyrinth treasure room in any difficulty to select a new Ascendancy class.
