In Path of Exile: Crucible, we're raising the area levels of Breachstones to a much higher baseline level - 81 for elemental ones, 82 for physical and 83 for chaos. Now that the regular Breachstones are much higher level. We have retired Charged, Enriched and Pure Breachstones. They will be converted to regular ones.

The location of Chayula, Who Dreamt is Chayula's Domain. Place a Chayula's Breachstone in a map device to access it.

This area has a single breach at the beginning. When you touch it a countdown starts at 20 seconds and runs down until you come close to the arena of the Breachlord Chayula. The countdown goes up by 1 second per kill. In Chayula's Domain, the best strategy is to focus on killing yellows only, because wasting too much time killing white monsters will never generate enough time to keep up.

How to get Chayula’s Breachstone

1. Farming Splinters of Chayula

• 1x Chayula’s Breachstone = 100x Splinters of Chayula

The drop level of Splinters of Chayula is 1 and can be dropped by Breach monsters or Clasped Hands within breaches. 100 Splinters of the same type can be combined into a Chayula’s Breachstone.

There is currently an issue with the currency tab; if you remove a stack of 100 splinters they will not upgrade to a Breachstone. In order to fix it, remove a single splinter and put it back on the stack.

2. Slain monsters in Breaches

Breaches are timed monster-spawning portals. They have about a 10% chance to appear in any map area. The drop level of Chayula’s Breachstone is 80.

3. Exchange currency items for it

The price of a Chayula’s Breachstone is 130 Chaos Orbs. You can exchange currency items for it with other players.

4. Breachstone Divination Card: The Obscured

The Obscured is a divination card. A set of seven can be exchanged for a random Breachstone:

• Xoph’s Breachstone
• Tul’s Breachstone
• Esh’s Breachstone
• Uul-Netol’s Breachstone
• Chayula’s Breachstone

1. Open Chayula’s Domain and farm the drops

Place a Chayula’s Breachstone in a map device to open the Chayula’s Domain(level 83). The Chayula’s Domain Domain area has a single breach at the beginning. When you touch it a countdown starts at 25 seconds and runs down until you come close to the arena of the Breachlord Chayula. The countdown goes up by 1 second per kill.

Note: The timer in Chayula’s Domain and Uul-Netol’s Domain gains less time from white monsters than the timers in the lower level Breachlord Domains. In Chayula’s Domain, the best strategy is to focus on killing yellows only, because wasting too much time killing white monsters will never generate enough time to keep up.

Chayula, Who Dreamt is the Breachlord in Chayula’s Domain. The following items can be dropped from him:

2. Breaches Farming Strategy

Since the breaches can spawn a very large number of monsters that hit hard is advisable to be cautious when opening breaches; death can come quickly and without warning.

Characters that have high survivability, high mobility, high damage output as well as good area clearing ability are best at effectively clearing breaches.

Strategies (not all may be suitable for your build):

• Avoid opening breaches near dangerous fights – i.e. clear the area first before opening; fighting a breach and a map boss at the same time, for example, can pose a very large risk of character death
• When in a party coordinate the opening
• Consider creating a portal near the breach for emergency escape and/or quick return in the case of death
• Watch out for the type of breach you are facing; some breaches might pose a larger risk to some characters than others.
• Try to stay in a corner or room instead of the middle of the breach to avoid having all monsters instantly attack you. Clear monsters carefully area by area
• Be careful when leaving the breach area; while the monsters disappear outside of the circle, it is still possible for them to hit you for a short period of time
• If you are faced with breach that you can’t handle, consider leaving the area for a while until it times out
• Simply not opening a breach can also be a good option; use movement skills like  Lightning Warp or  Leap Slam to bypass the opening area
