Spirit Charge - Path of Exile

Spirit charges, unlike other basic charges, offer no buffs or benefits without being triggered by either Abyss helmet. It only grants from Abyss-theme item, from the unique drop from the Abyssal bosses and one of the boss from Delve. For example,  Lightpoacher grants the player character Spirit Burst, which consumes spirit charge and then fire projectiles.

Several Abyssal monster also use spirit charge. According to datamine, the two Abyssal Liches: Amanamu, Liege of the Lightless and Ulaman, Sovereign of the Well have the mod SpiritChargeTier3 – Recover 1% of Life when you lose a Spirit Charge (Hidden) (Unique).
