WoW Sod Reputation Cap

Unfortunately, there isn’t a single, universal reputation cap in WoW Season of Discovery. The maximum amount of reputation you can gain with each faction depends on several factors:

1. Faction: Different factions have different reputation caps. Some have hard caps, while others have soft caps where the rate of reputation gain slows down significantly.

2. Phase: As Season of Discovery progresses through its phases, some faction caps might be increased or adjusted.

3. Specific reputation: Even within a faction, there might be different caps for different sub-factions or rewards.

4. Events and bonuses: Certain events or temporary buffs can temporarily increase your reputation gain, effectively raising the cap for that period.

Current Situation (February 19, 2024):

  • Classic factions (Stormwind, Orgrimmar, etc.): No official information on hard caps exists, but the general consensus is that they haven’t been implemented yet.
  • Phase 2-specific factions (Cenarion Circle, Timbermaw Hold, etc.): Information about caps for these factions is still limited.
  • Runes: Blizzard did implement temporary "soft caps" for Rune purchases with Supply Officers, requiring only Honored reputation instead of Exalted in Phase 2.

Remember, information about reputation caps in Season of Discovery might evolve as the season progresses. Keep an eye on official updates and community discussions for the latest insights.
