Vaal Flicker Strike is a Vaal melee skill that teleports the character to nearby enemies and hits multiple times, dealing no damage but inflicting a wound debuff. After completing all hits, it deals an additional hit which inflicts the combined damage of all the wounds applied to that enemy as a single hit and removing all wounds.

Repeatedly teleports to enemies and hits them, inflicting a wound but dealing no damage. After the repeating finishes, each enemy is hit by the total damage of their wounds, which are removed. Attack, Melee, Strike, Movement, Vaal, Duration. Level: 1–20. Souls Per Use: 30. Can Store 1 Use. Soul Gain Prevention: 6 sec. Attack Speed: 300% of base. Attack Damage: 142–210% of base. Effectiveness of Added Damage: 142–210%. Requires Level 10.

Hits that inflict the initial wound do not deal damage, but will still provide on-hit effects such as Life Gain on Hit. The damage is stored and inflicted in a single hit at the end of the attack. Each wound's damage is calculated separately, including ailments and crits. If even a single wound on a target was a crit, the combined final hit counts as a critical strike. Ailments are only inflicted by the final hit, and will inflict a single stack of that ailment. However, the ailment will deal damage based on the sum of all wounds that would cause the ailment (causing a single large Ignite, Bleed, or Poison), making it synergize well with Alchemist's Mark, Flame Surge, or Low Tolerance. Stun is also calculated per wound, not the final damage.
Impale will inflict a single stack of impale based on the final hit. This may have some synergy with The Impaler keystone, quintupling your impale damage.
Stationary: The character is considered to be stationary while flickering for the purpose of receiving buffs such as the Inexorable notable passive skill, and that they have moved each time they flickered. For this reason the character never benefits from "while moving" buffs and the timers for scaling stationary buffs are continuously reset.
Dual Wielding: Dual Wielding while using Flicker Strike will cause the player to alternate weapons each attack.
Melee Strike Range: Increases or reductions to Melee Strike Range have no special interaction with flicker, you will neither "land" farther from the target when you flicker, nor will you be able to initiate a flicker from father away.
