Ominous and Sleepless affixes have been reworked and renamed as Ultimate affixes. Ultimate affixes include three pre-fixes and three suffixes, all precious and universal. Ultimate affixes are only available in drops and Prototype Crafting. Gear with Ultimate affixes requires double crafting cost at each step.
