Skull and Bones Fast Travel Xbox

The process for fast traveling in Skull and Bones is identical regardless of the platform you’re playing on, including Xbox Series X/S. Here’s a recap of how to fast travel:

Requirements:

  • Docked Ship: You can only initiate fast travel from a docked ship at an Outpost.
  • Previously Visited Outpost: You can only fast travel to Outposts you’ve previously visited and docked at. Sailing past an Outpost won’t unlock it for fast travel.
  • Silver: Fast travel requires spending a certain amount of silver based on the distance between your current location and the desired Outpost.

Two Ways to Fast Travel on Xbox:

1. From the Map:

  1. Open the map (default button: "Menu").
  2. Use the left thumbstick to hover over the desired Outpost (marked with a house symbol).
  3. If you’ve previously visited the Outpost, a fast travel icon (two arrows) will appear near its name.
  4. Press the "A" button on the fast travel icon.
  5. A confirmation prompt will appear, displaying the silver cost for travel.
  6. Press "A" again to confirm the fast travel, and your ship will automatically sail to the chosen Outpost.

2. From the Ship Management Menu:

  1. Approach any docked ship at an Outpost.
  2. Press "X" to interact with the ship.
  3. Select the "Manage Ship" option.
  4. At the top of the menu, you’ll see the "Fast Travel" option.
  5. Press "A" on "Fast Travel" and choose your desired Outpost from the list.
  6. You’ll see the silver cost displayed next to the Outpost name.
  7. Press "A" to confirm, and your ship will set sail for the chosen Outpost.

Additional Notes:

  • The specific button names might differ slightly depending on your controller configuration. However, the overall steps and functionality remain consistent.
  • Remember, fast travel can be a convenient way to save time, but it comes at a silver cost. Manage your resources wisely and consider alternative travel options like sailing if needed.
