1. Complete the "A Pirate’s Deal" Contract:
Head to West Island, the starting location after the initial ship escape sequence.
Locate the Outpost on the island, which is the larger structure with various buildings and docked ships.
Inside the Outpost, find the Pirate Chief Officer. This NPC is typically marked with a blue diamond symbol on your mini-map.
2. Accept and Complete the Contract:
Interact with the Pirate Chief Officer and access their contract menu.
Look for a contract named "A Pirate’s Deal".
This contract involves finding Scurlock’s contraband.
Accept the contract to begin the quest.
3. Find and Retrieve the Contraband:
The contract will mark the location of the contraband on your mini-map.
Sail towards the marked location, which is typically north of the wreckage of the ship "Exeter."
Look for floating crates in the water.
Approach the crates and interact with them using the designated button (usually the "X" button on a controller).
4. Return to the Pirate Chief Officer:
Once you’ve collected all the required contraband crates, indicated by the completion message on your screen, sail back to the West Island Outpost.
Again, interact with the Pirate Chief Officer.
5. Receive the Crowbar and Other Rewards:
Upon successful completion of the contract, you will receive the crowbar as a reward.
