Accursed Pact rooms allow you to accept any of three random Accursed Pacts which grants both an upside and downside, as well as an item reward upon accepting at least 1 Accursed Pact. Accursed Pacts are unlocked in Act 7 after completing the quest Sanctum Temptations.
