Before you can enter the FC Pro ecosystem, you must register and agree to the EA SPORTS FC Pro 24 Official Rules. After you register and reach Division 4 in the Ultimate Team Rivals game mode in EA SPORTS FC 24, you’ll gain access to the Competitive game mode which you’ll use for FC Pro Open matches. Both the registration and Division 4 requirements must be met by 14 October to be eligible for FC Pro Open competitions, including the FC Pro Open Regional Cups.
So what are you waiting for?
You will receive an email notifying you that you’ve unlocked the Competitive Game Mode within five days of reaching this requirement, at which point it will appear in your menu within the game. With this email will also be an invitation to join the FC Pro Open Ladder, the first step in your journey to FC Pro Open.
Note that the Competitive game mode will utilise single-leg matches with halves that take nine real-time minutes to complete rather than six. This is 50% longer than the standard game of EA SPORTS FC 24, but 25% shorter than the two-legged format that was played in previous seasons. We ran a test of this format with competitive players during the EA SPORTS FC 24 Closed Beta and saw positive results. We look forward to showcasing it in the coming months.
