It drops from the following bosses:
Ramaladni's Magnum Opus giveth and taketh away -- while it will deal more weapon damage with each point of Fury you spend, you will also lose 2 Fury every second. For some builds, this one may be difficult to manage, so you'll have to get used to how it works.
The sword also gives a Physical damage bonus, a damage bonus to close enemies, and a damage bonus for Dual-Wielded weapons. There's also a small chance on a Lucky Hit to restore a little Fury along the way.
Ramaladni was a Westmarch native who spent time with Barbarian smiths -- hence the name. It's a name more commonly associated with the Diablo 3 item Ramaladni's Gift, which allowed you to socket a weapon without having to reroll an affix.
It can be found in World Tier 3: Nightmare and even more can be found in World Tier 4: Torment.
You can wear multiple different unique items and gain each of their benefits.
Direct damage includes all damage dealt to enemies that is not from damage over time effects. Only direct damage can Critically Strike, Damage over Time cannot. Each hit has a random chance to be a Critical Strike. This chance is equal to your Critical Strike Chance (CSC) stat, which can be increased in many different ways.
Having two one-handed weapons equipped is generally called Dual Wielding. The Barbarian is able to dual-wield every one-handed weapon he can equip.
Close enemies are those who are in Melee range. Distant enemies are those who are outside of Melee range.
A brutal, physical warrior, the Barbarian roams around the battlefield constantly, dishing heavy damage and wielding an array of powerful weapons with ease. Most Barbarian skills will only deal Physical damage.
In Diablo IV, armor mitigates incoming physical damage. The level of damage reduction varies in accordance with the type of armor that’s being equipped—chest and leg armor provide the highest armor stats, boots and gloves provide the lowest armor stats.
A Primary Resource is gathered in different ways depending on class and each skill has a different resource cost. For example, Mana or Fury are resource pools.
The Diablo 4 Barbarian skills use fury as a resource, and they tend to be dependent on the Arsenal system. Fury is a resource you generate through your basic skills. Fury skills will spend the fury you generate, so paying attention to your and your party’s needs will be good.
